By Wednesday: Research the various legal actions recently filed against Peloton with respect to tort law and product liability. Discuss the specific causes of actions against Peloton and determine whether you believe that Peloton Did Peloton dodge product liability lawsuits with its latest recall? Was the decision to recall the product a good business decision and was it an ethical approach to handling the situation?
