Week 2 will explore the leadership and competitive advantage.
Initial Post Instructions Throughout your entire program, there has been an underlying theme surrounding leadership and strategy. For your initial post this week you will analyze the impact of leadership on competitive advantage. Define what competitive advantage is for the specific industry you work in, or alternatively want to explore. Why is it important for success.
Secondary Post Instructions Respond to at least two peers. Analyze the different industries represented and define elements that differ. Evaluate ways to distinguish between leadership types and traits and the impact of these styles.
Writing Requirements • In addition to one initial post, respond to at least two peers. • Initial Post Length: minimum of 350 words • Secondary Post Length: minimum of 200 words per post • Use APA format for in-text citations and list of references. • Must include at minimum 1 scholarly references that is not the textbook.
Tips for Success At the start of our course, it is critical to focus on expectations listed. The minimum at the graduate level will earn an 80% score. An A represents complex analysis and demonstration of understanding. Courses are fast paced and require strong time management skills. Finally, restating readings does not achieve the goal. Instead, you must include scholarly references to illustrate this next level of learning.
