last week we did the first section and now we are asked to do the second section which is Feature & Benefit Assessment and we should relay on a survey as an additional source that we shared with a lot of people to gain their feedback . meanwhile we should complete this section:
Start with Customer Needs & Pain Points
- Functional needs: speed, battery life, portability.
- Social needs: image, reputation, brand prestige.
- Emotional needs: security, confidence, creativity.
Do a Feature–Benefit Mapping
- Link VAIO features (lightweight design, high-resolution display, advanced cooling) → to benefits customers actually care about.
- Build a feature–benefit matrix for clarity
Identify Value Drivers
- Rank the benefits by importance for your target market.
- Examples: cost, convenience, innovation, performance.
- Explain why those benefits matter for your customer segment
Develop Product Configuration Recommendations
- Which bundle of features best serves each customer type?
- Business professionals → productivity, portability, reliability.
- Students → affordability, long battery life, lightweight.
- Creative designers → high performance, display quality, graphics.
- Suggest feature optimization plan: what VAIO should add, remove, or emphasize.
Formatting & Submission Guidelines
- keep layout professional & strategic.
- Layout: Use headers matching the assignment outline.
- Font/Size: Times New Roman, 12 pt (safe choice).
- Citations: Consistent formatting (APA is fine).
- sections: B2B ( Business to Business)
