Introduction
This week you explored happiness in the workplace. Leadership often overlooks the importance of employee satisfaction. The assignment this week will evaluate tools to survey and manage positive work environments.
Activity Instructions
Research ways to create happy workplaces. This assignment will be a one-page survey or evaluation tool that leaders can deploy to collect data and understand how employees feel about their work environment.
This tool does not have to be a formal approach using APA. It can be a survey or qualitative questionnaire.
The final part of this assignment is a brief summary/explanation on what how the data will be analyzed, and recommendations implemented.
Writing Requirements:
• 1-2 pages (approx. 300 words per page), not including title page or references page. APA formatting is not required with the exception of a title page and reference page
Grading and Assessment Grading will be based on the Week 4 Assignment Rubric.
