Discussion Prompt: Based on your readings and resources learned to date, in your own words explain what strategic planning is, and why it is important to business success.
Thereafter, using the online library, or google scholar, or a valid business publication (i.e. Business Week, the Economist,…) find an article on strategic planning and summarize for your classmates what you learned in it, beyond what the course resources have taught you. Summarize what you learned in 500 words (approx.) for the class.
