As leaders, we will all have our own successes and failures which is part of the learning process. Yet, the mark of a great leader is to learn from their mistakes and the mistakes of others and continue to use those mistakes to be steppingstones to bigger and better things.
In this 10 slide PowerPoint:
Outline the Strengths and Weaknesses of Elon Musk as the leader of Tesla. Include the following: • Strengths • Weaknesses • How he defines vision for his employees at Tesla • His diligence in competitive intelligence • His blind spots • What threatens his abilities • Each member of the group should have a slide where they add two citations (not previously included in the course) specifically applied to Elon Musk, either positively or negatively (no repeat citations) • Provide at least 10 citations and corresponding reference page.
