Overview
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IF YOU SRE NOT SURE YOU WILL FINISH ON TIME!!
From the syllabus : “Assignment 3: Data Analysis and Recommendations Report Given the brief nature of the course, we will not have time to collect your own primary data based off of your research instrument. Instead, I will give you a data set and list of objectives associated with the sparkling water client/report. You will complete analysis of that data based on the research objectives, including descriptive statistics and bivariate tests of the data to be able to provide recommendations to the client based off of your analysis.” I would avoid using AI for Assignment 3 as the methods I am teaching you for reporting your data are not necessarily what AI will produce when asked. You might use AI here for light editing of managerial implications, but keep in mind AI programs will produce vague insights that sound good, but are surface level and likely not detailed extensions of your findings.
The "fresh sip survey doc." are the questions I used for assignment two but it is missing an objective so please use that. The "MKT521" document was my first assignment. The SSPS doc is what you'll use as a guide on how to use the data set and the last 5 slides give more information that you'll need but ALL is important---- however to access the data set I would give further information once the assignment is accepted. The SPSS 421 document gives a breakdown about the data set and an intro to the SPSS system. The final document titled "that will be attached is an example draft of what the professor is looking for along with her attached comment about the file saying, "I thought it might be useful for you to see an example of the Research Report I am asking you do complete. This is an example of one objective's analysis from the Santa Fe Restaurant Data-this is the same data I use in many video examples in Unit 4 and 5."
Assignment #1 feedback :This is beautifully constructed. Visually it's effective and thoughtful in how info is presented and summarized. While I like the summary trends slide, and I think you're right about the big trends, I would like to see all the trends cited independently. Either on the summary slide, or each trend on a slide of it's own with a bit more expansion of the point and most importantly attribution of what sources provided information on each of the given trends. Unfortunately, this is an important part of the assignment, and a secondary research report in general. The segments are a little vague. Is your wellness warrior male or female, would you talk to a 28 year old and a 42 year old about the same wellness benefits or even in the same place? I would argue you want to dial in your segments more--it's really a persona you are aiming for--exactly who are you talking to and what specific benefits do they want? Where would you find them and what's most important? I think the Gen Z Social Sipper is a little more dialed in. More detail on the Soda Swapper and Flavor explore (mostly lacking demographic details, but demographics are important)
