I need help writing my discussion post for my marketing course. I'm attaching my marketing proposal on Kodiak Cakes because this discussion needs to be based on that same company and target market.
Please use the proposal as the foundation and answer the discussion questions in paragraph form. Don't just restate my proposal. Instead, expand on it by answering these questions:
- Who is the target market for Kodiak Cakes, and why is that the best audience for the marketing plan?
- What research methods would be most effective for understanding this target market? (For example, surveys, focus groups, social media analytics, customer reviews, market research reports, etc.)
- How would Kodiak Cakes build customer loyalty with this target market? Include specific marketing ideas, not just general statements.
- Briefly describe the competition (such as General Mills, Krusteaz, Bob's Red Mill, and private-label brands) and explain what types of loyalty strategies they currently use.
Requirements:
- Write it as a discussion post, not an essay.
- Use clear, natural language suitable for an MBA student.
- Include at least one or two credible sources with APA 7 in-text citations and references.
- Keep the response around 300–500 words.
- Make sure the discussion builds on my proposal and stays consistent with the target market and strategy I already developed.
