The purpose of the Project Action Plan is to initiate your work on the GreenTech Manufacturing feasibility study with a strategic roadmap that outlines your approach for completing the project over the coming weeks.
Instructions:
- Review the Course Project Overview
Carefully read the full project overview (attached below). Understand the scope, timeline, deliverables, and skills required. - Develop a Week-by-Week Action Plan
Outline your plan for managing the project from Week 4 to Week 8. Your action plan should:- Break the project into smaller, manageable tasks for each week.
- Assign specific goals and deadlines aligned with each project part (e.g., research, model construction, case response drafting).
- Identify resources you will use (textbook chapters, Excel tools, academic support, etc.).
- Anticipate potential challenges or time constraints and explain how you plan to address them.

- This assignment must be formatted in APA Style 7th edition.
