Overview

A classical control strategy (I-PD) is required for the control of a DC motor: You are expected to:

Determine the system transfer function

Design an IPD controller to meet/exceed response requirements from first principles.

Apply PID tuning rules in SIMULINK to meet/exceed response requirements.

1. Write a 10-page report that includes the design of the DC motor, its parts, how it works, its system, and everything related to it. Don't forget the table of contents.

2. The report requires a MATLAB calculation system, in addition to SIMULINK .

3. All necessary calculation problems in the report must be solved correctly, and graphs, diagrams, images, and tables must be explained.

4. The report must include an introduction, the results of each task, a discussion of the results, a conclusion, and references.

5. Don't forget the design of the DC motor, including its parts.
