Week 9: Legal Analysis
Instructions
In this assignment, you will submit what you believe will be the first draft of your full CLAP Legal Analysis chapter. It should be prepared in 12 point font and double-spaced. At a minimum, it:
- must have a formal cover page, in the format provided in the End of Program Manual’s Template; and
- should demonstrate substantial improvement over last week’s submission.
Submit your document in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx files). In addition, please include an updated Modification Matrix (attached) to outline how your CLAP changed from last week and demonstrate how you have adopted your instructor's recommended changes. NOTES:
- Ensure that you write formally and use proper grammar, spelling and citations (in footnotes, not in endnotes).
- Proofread your paper several times to ensure that you have no errors and to ensure that your paper flows well and is well organized so that your thoughts flow neatly from one idea to the next.
- Double check all of your citations before submitting your final version. You MUST use the Bluebook to do this.
- This assignment will also be relevant to the remaining assignment in this class; it is important beyond this one grade.
