Assignment: Finding Educational Math and Science Websites
Objective:
The goal of this assignment is to explore and find educational websites related to math and science that would be helpful for young children or teachers. You will research at least five websites that offer engaging activities, games, or resources for learning math and science.
Instructions:
Research Websites:
- Use a search engine (Google, Yahoo, etc.) to find websites related to math and science for young children (Kindergarten through 2nd grade).
- Look for websites that include interactive games, educational videos, printable worksheets, or other activities that would be fun and helpful for children or teachers.
Find 5 Websites: Find at least 5 websites that focus on either math or science for young children. For each website, write a brief description that includes:
- Website Name
- Website URL (link)
- Description of the website (What does it offer? What activities or resources are available?)
- Why do you think it would be useful for young learners or teachers?
