Overview
Walk around the cemetery and look closely at some of the headstones. Take time to read some of them.What do you notice? Do any of them grab your attention? Why?
Take note of your thoughts and feelings as you walk through the cemetery.
Someday, your life will end. Those you love will come to see your headstone in a place like this. Think about that for a few minutes.
When you die, what aspects of your life do you most want to be remembered for?
What effect does that have on how you spend your time now? Why? Be specific.
Writing:
Once you have finished your time of reflection, write down your responses to the above questions (two to four pages, double-spaced and typed). Also, write down anything else you want to share about your time in the cemetery. Finally, be sure to fill in the blanks below.
The assignment is about spending 30mins in a cemetery (I'm not doing that, so you can make something up)
