Plato distinguishes between knowledge and opinion (sometimes called ‘mere belief’). He says that the objects of knowledge are called Forms (sometimes called ‘Platonic Forms’). He offers three arguments to prove that Forms are real. These are called the Epistemological, Metaphysical, and Semantic arguments.
For your initial post, explain these three arguments and say which is the most convincing of the three. Explain your reasoning in support of your answer using what you have learned in the assigned reading. Make sure that you quote and cite the textbook in support of your answer.
