Overview
Your paper should include both (1) exegesis, and (2) analysis. This means you will need to pick some quotes from our readings and explain what they mean, to help you outline what this or that philosopher thought. Then you will give your own analysis of the issue, making an argument of your own about the topic. Think of it as doing what we did for the midterm (exegesis of quotes), and then putting your own evaluation on top of it.
