Overview
In order to insure that you are watching the lectures and videos that I have been posting, you must bring up in dicsussion something that you learned from my lecture, from the talk given by El Fadl himself, and from the 15 minute exerpt on the House of Wisdom (in the Islam: Empire of Faith video).
I also want you to discuss if the challenge for Islam and Democracy is any different from the challenge of Christianity and Democracy--Keeping in mind that there are liberals and conservatives in all religions. This overlaps with critical question 2 on page 182.
