You will have to include an articulation of what you think the aim of the passage is, as well as an explanation of any arguments or other rhetorical, stylistic, or poetic devices that the passage utilizes to achieve those aims. Your explanation should by no means include critique or your opinion about the text. It will be simply an accurate or inaccurate explanation of the text, supported by your own careful, robust, and thorough exegesis.
