Overview
Your Review should explain:
- Points from the reading you found insightful or impactful—particularly as it relates to your understanding of the nature and practice of law—and why; DO NOT SIMPLY WRITE OUT EXACT WHAT IS IN THE TEXT BUT THOROUGHLY EXPLAIN IT AS IT RELATES TO YOUR UNDERSTANDING
- One or two points you found challenging or that raised new questions for you, and why.
- Your Review need not be evenly divided between the two components above, but it should explain why you think the readings are true or false, persuasive or unpersuasive; and how you understand the connection and relevance of these specific concepts to the general field of jurisprudence. It should be clear that you have a clear understanding of the reading.
