Overview
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Find an example of a fallacy used in popular advertising or any persuasive text. Upload the image/words or provide a link.
- Note where you found the ad (avoid searching for things like "fallacies in advertisements" — you want this to be your work, not somebody else's). Note that basically any and every advertisement contains a fallacy, often intentionally, so you're probably safe looking at pretty much any ad and doing your own analysis.
- Identify the fallacy and why you think that this particular type of advertisement represents the fallacy that you have chosen.
