Overview
- The total word count should be at least 300 words and no more than 500 words. Aim to be clear and concise. Outside sources are not allowed. The assigned reading and podcasts are the common ground for this discussion.
- Which digital contact tracing app should we use for a future pandemic: a centralized app like South Korea's or the decentralized GAEN system? Could we mitigate some of their costs while retaining some of their benefits? Support your reasoning with evidence from the assigned materials from Week 5.
