Assignment Directions:For your final project you will develop the equivalent of a one-hour presentation on a relevant coaching leadership topic.
For this proposal assignment—in preparation for your final project—consider your audience and how best to present information about your coaching leadership topic. Also, consider what aspects of the topic are most relevant to your audience.
You will need to provide the topic and audience for your final project for the instructor’s approval. You may select any topic that is covered in the class (leadership, planning, philosophy, chemistry, goal setting, strategy, etc.). Select a topic that is meaningful and significant to you. For this assignment, please provide the following three (3) parts in a Word document:
Part 1: Topic Description (minimum one page in length)
- List and briefly describe the selected topic in at least one (1) paragraph (i.e., an introductory paragraph).
- List and briefly describe the audience (two to three paragraphs).
- Briefly describe the significance of this topic and your rationale for researching this particular topic (concluding paragraph).
Part 2: Mini–Annotated Bibliography:
Present your five (5) references on an APA-compliant reference page. After each, write a minimum two-paragraph description of the value of the reference to your project (this is the annotation).
Part 3: Alphanumeric Outline of your proposed topic
Submission Instructions:
- Upload to the dropbox a Word document
- All assignments require an APA-compliant title page and reference page.
- The Assignment is due by midnight Sunday.
