A 2.0 kg mass is suspended by a spring scale from the ceiling of an elevator
a) If the spring scale reads 25 N find the acceleration of the elevator (magnitude and direction). *up or down*
b) If the spring constant is 83 N/m, find the length the spring is stretched from its normal length if:
i) the elevator is not moving
ii) the elevator is moving at constant speed
iii) if the elevator is moving as in part (a)
