first one, Camera Obscura, you'll be measuring the focal length of a hand-held magnifying lens. This neat little lab will utilize your phone as an important part of the experiment. The second FYI, will challenge your MacGiver skills, but the pay-off is worth it: you're going to build something called a homopolar motor, which is a type of spinning electrical motor.
