Overview
Hi this final is the continuation of the midterm. The final paper should be a minimum of ten pages (the five you have already done +five new pages that presents an analysis / argument) The Analysis/ Argument should be 1 of 2: 1. Legal analysis, do you agree with the ruling? Is it activism or restraint? What other possibilities in the law are there to consider? Is it a conservative or liberal ruling? Were new laws passed?
2. Public/ Historical analysis, what kind of impact did the ruling have? Were there protests? How did the change or no change in the law shift things among people? Impact of new laws passed?
