Case Paper Writing Assignment Questions: After viewing the film, discuss in your paper (4-6 pages) which scenes of the decision-making process you found consistent with the rational actor model and which scenes of the decision-making process comported more closely with an organizational and bureaucratic politics model and why? What challenges to rational decision-making model are reflected in film? What examples of misperception? What examples of “groupthink?”
