Overview
For this paper, the question is, "What conception of law and/or government best serves the needs of contemporary American society?" The paper needs to show a thorough understanding of the arguments of each reading assessed, including the perceived strengths and weaknesses of those arguments, while ultimately making as clear and well-reasoned an argument as you can for why one of the approaches we have discussed.
