Overview
Two Part Assignment:
Prepare a 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation describing at least four of the motivational theories discussed in the textbook.
Clearly Identify each Motivational Theory a Level-1 heading on a slide, and include the following for each theory:
Explain how job redesigns, alternative work arrangements, and other motivational initiatives would be manifested by application of each theory; and
Describe the main causes and outcomes of job satisfaction related to each motivational theory; and
List major points in each of your slides using "bullet points," keeping text to a minimum. Include detailed explanations in the speaker notes section of each slide.

Write a 1,050-word paper on decision making. In your paper, include the following:
1.Explain the rational decision-making model
2.Discuss dealing with biases and errors in decision making
3.Analyze how individual differences and organizational constraints affect decision making
4.Identify ethical considerations in decision making.
Provide examples to support your points in the paper.
Use these 4 assignment topics as Level 1 section headings in your paper so each topic is identified. Be sure and write an introduction and conclusion and Reference page.
