Constitution Outline
For this assignment, you should create an outline of the U.S. Constitution. You should follow the standard outline format, as shown below. You do not need to include the Amendments in your outline. The purpose of this assignment is for you to become familiar with the language and contents of the Constitution.
I. Article I - Legislative Branch
A. Section 1: Legislative Powers
1. Legislative powers shall be vested in a Congress
2. Congress shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives
B. Section 2: House of Representatives
1. Members of the House of Representatives shall be elected every two years by those
people eligible to vote for state legislators
2. Members of the House of the House must be at least 25 years old, and a US citizen for
seven years and a resident of the state where they are elected
