Name: Jenik Khachaturian Title: BSM, RN, PCCN Organization: Adventist Health Glendale Academic or Professional: Professional Why I selected this individual and/or team and how they will support my success in the MSN program and as a practicing nurse: Jenik is my charge nurse with whom I work full time. She has over thirty years of nursing experience in different specialties. She is an inspiring person and an excellent patient advocate. I learned my fundamental skills from her and I am continuously learning every day. I selected her as a network because of her years of experience and knowledge that can support me during the MSN program. Additionally, her many-year-old network will open up more doors of job opportunities for me after getting licensed. Notes: Jenik has her BSN from Tehran, Iran. She started her nursing carrier in Iran. After about 10 years of practicing, she moved to the United States and evaluated her degree, passed the NCLEX exam, and became a registered nurse here in the US. She has been working in Adventist health Glendale for over 25 years now in addition to working for other hospitals and units before.
