As we learned in this chapter the Bill of Rights were added to the Constitution to ensure that the rights of citizens will be protected from not only the national government but also from the state governments. For this assignment you are to select one of the amendments that were presented in chapter 4 on Civil Liberties. In the first paragraph, you are to discuss what is the amendment that you selected about and share any challenges presented in the PowerPoint, textbook for chapter 4 as well as any articles provided to help you elaborate your discussion. (5 points)
In the second paragraph, you are to use the American Civil Liberties Union website links below and use information from the website to discuss what is the ACLU is doing to protect the amendment that you selected.
