By doing this, you will need to compare different national approaches and the works of international organisations, like the CoE, the EU, OSCE and the ECtHR. I would direct you in particular to the website of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities that contains a full list and the content of its opinions and state reports. The ECtHR archive is an amazing well of the resources - HUDOC. Use it to your own advantage. The assignment relies on your research skills heavily. Make great use of them as you have developed them by now and prove it to yourself that you are ready to continue your studies at another level. Good luck.
