I'm working on a political science writing question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
Using some of the terminology from Chapter 2 in our text and using the first two steps
in the Scientific Process (i.e., observe nature; ask questions), discuss poverty as a po-
litical issue as you understand it from your experience and materials assigned. Then
work on developing two questions you might pose and answer about poverty as a start
to researching it. These may be as simple (e.g., Does education decrease poverty?) or
as complex (e.g., Do ethnically homogenous countries less poverty than more ethnically
diverse countries?
