Use these case studies to help you understand the sector and fill in the profile. Review the Sector Profile assignment instructions and make a copy of the sector profile template if needed.

First, think about:

• What leadership principles are applied in the sector?
• Using the case studies, explain how leaders build trust in this particular sector. Why is it building trust important here? What might happen without it?
• How do leaders create impact in this sector?
• What is unique about these elements in this particular sector? Input these conclusions into your Sector Profile.

*Ensure your notes and comments draw conclusions and make connections about leadership in the sector. Do not simply describe it.

Then:

• Find at least two additional resources that contribute to your analysis of the sector profile and fill in any gaps.
