Overview
Week 5: Revise Your Case Brief
Instructions
READ all of the instructions.
Revise the case brief that you submitted last week, based on the new information that you have gained this week. As before, use the same format that you learned in the CALI Content called "How to Brief a Case."
Submit this assignment in the SAME Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx files) that you submitted your original case brief.
So, for example, pages 1-2 will be your revision ( instructions are below), and pages 3-4 will be your original case brief.
*Instructions: Given the feedback that you received last week and our discussion board, revise ONLY the Issue.
Next, please decide if you want to revise the Fact section OR Rationale sections of your case brief.
You will be revising only two sections. You must revise the Issue. Then, decide whether you will revise the Rationale or the Fact section given the feedback you received.
*Note at the very top of your Word doc. submission which sections you are revising.
Important Notes:
- This case brief will also be relevant to other assignments in this class; it is important beyond this one grade.
- Remember that you cannot simply cut and paste from your source. Most of the material should be paraphrased; quotations should make up no more than 10% of the brief. When writing case briefs, all information must be properly cited
