Overview
This course has included a tremendous amount of information and application of field-authentic exercises related to American Security Policy. In this final discussion, you will have a chance to reflect on what you have learned, discuss what you still need to know or a "sticky" point in your understanding, and address the tension between the needs of national security and personal freedom.
In your initial post, do the following:
- Explain the one specific, most significant thing you have learned in the course.
- Describe something about American Security Policy that you struggle to understand.
- Address the tension between the need for national security and the constitutional and legislative protections offered to citizens.
