Writing a graduate research paper can be a lengthy process, but when broken up into various steps, it becomes much more manageable. As of this week, you should be done reviewing all of your research and have likely begun writing. In fact, many of you may even have quite a few pages completed! However, it is always important to briefly outline the structure of your paper first, to make sure it is organized in a coherent manner and is competently explaining the important points you are trying to convey, particularly if you are trying to prove the points set forth in your thesis. Many of you are familiar with the concept of "flow" in writing. This is also an important part of creating an enjoyable reading experience for your audience. First, please briefly review the resources located at the APUS Library - Graduate Writing: https://www.apus.edu/apus-library/resources/writing/writing-at-apus/graduate-writing/graduate-writing/ Then, please read Organizing & Outlining Your Paper at the APUS Library - The Writing Process: https://www.apus.edu/apus-library/resources/writing/writing-at-apus/the-writing-process/ Next, please draft an outline on a Word document for your research paper using the above tips and submit it as an attachment for this week's Assignment. Please make sure that you are using proper grammar, spell out words in full so that it is understandable to a third party and don't forget to include the title, date and your name at the top of the outline.
