Overview
For this journal, you will reflect on your learning throughout the course. Think back to all the unit lessons, chapter readings, article readings, and assignments, and answer the following questions.
- What is one motivation for terrorism that surprised you? Why?
- What do you see as the most significant terrorism trend (for example, the far-left and far-right extremists) affecting the United States today? Why, and how? How do you see this trend affecting the future of terrorism?
- In what ways do you believe counterterrorism affects foreign policy?
The goal of this journal is to reflect on what you have learned and share your thoughts and comments. Include what areas you would like to learn more about within your discussion.
Your journal submission should be at least 600 words in length. Outside sources are not a requirement for this assignment, but they must be cited and referenced in APA Style, if used.
