2-3 pages, double-spaced. You should focus on the design provisions that were included or that you think should have been included based on the cooperation problems you diagnosed in one of the previous steps. The following structure is useful to use:
- What design provisions were included (or should have been included based on the cooperation problems you diagnosed above)?
- Name the solution
- Explain why it works
- Discussion how the provision relates to your actual treaty (was it included, was it not, etc.?
