I do not need you to create an actual slide presentation. Please just give me an outline in order and organize it according to which slide it should be on. For example: Slide 1 followed by all info for Slide 1. Please make sure to answer the prompt accordingly and include new sources that are not attached below. This assignment involves independent research. Also, please make sure the information equals out to 15 minutes of talking.

Japan's future/sustainability of the developmental state
Presentation Topic: The focus of the presentation should be the future/sustainability of the developmental state in Japan.
I recommend choosing a specific issue area in which China and the other country are directly involved, and analyzing China’s policy in that context.
Presentation Preparation Guidelines:
- Each group will have 15 minutes for the presentation.
- In the presentation, each group should have a specific dimension/element of the development state in Japan, based on the model we studied during the class
- Format should be a slides presentation
First, the topic of the presentation is the present and future of the developmental state model in Japan.
Your presentation should do two things: [1] based on the developmental state model we have studied in class—including its main components and the domestic and international conditions that shaped its emergence and development—you should examine the challenges that the developmental state in Japan has faced since the 1990s (esp. in the 21st century); [2] you should discuss whether this model is likely to remain sustainable or experience a revival in the future.
Second, do not spend time reviewing the earlier history of the developmental state or discussing its general theoretical or conceptual background, as these have already been covered in the lectures. The assigned readings and course materials alone are not sufficient for this presentation. You are strongly expected to conduct additional independent research for this group assignment. Simply repeating or summarizing what we have learned from the lectures is not allowed.
Third, you must include a list of references with the name of author(s), the year of publication, the name of publisher, and the hyperlinks where those materials are accessible. If fabricated or non-existent sources are identified, this will be treated as AI misuse and academic dishonesty, as stated in the syllabus.
I have attached an assignment I completed that explains basically everything we learned about Japan's developmental state. I also attached all of the course files/documents that we reviewed prior to this assignment. However, please remember that outside research is needed to complete the prompt.
