Write this essay at an exceptionally high university level, demonstrating in-depth critical analysis, detailed description, strong conceptual understanding, and well-developed argumentation throughout.
I will be assessing this essay as the moderator, and the standard is therefore extremely high. The response should aim to achieve at least 90%, reflecting the quality expected of an outstanding varsity-level submission.
The essay must demonstrate:
- A clear, sophisticated and logically structured argument.
- Critical engagement with the relevant theories, concepts, scholars and debates.
- Detailed explanation and analysis rather than merely describing or summarising information.
- Strong connections between theoretical arguments and relevant examples or evidence.
- Independent reasoning and intellectual depth.
- Effective evaluation of contrasting perspectives, including the strengths, weaknesses and limitations of relevant arguments.
- Clear transitions and a coherent progression of ideas from the introduction through to the conclusion.
- Academically advanced but natural language, avoiding unnecessary complexity or artificial phrasing.
- A strong introduction that establishes the central argument and clearly outlines the direction of the essay.
- Well-developed body paragraphs, with each paragraph making a clear analytical contribution to the overall argument.
- A conclusion that synthesises the argument and demonstrates the broader significance of the discussion.
This is a 90-minute university essay, so the response must balance depth and sophistication with the ability to be realistically produced under examination conditions.
The essay must be entirely original and written from scratch, with 0% plagiarism. Do not reproduce memorised passages or copy wording from existing sources. Where scholars or established arguments are discussed, explain them in original wording while maintaining academic accuracy.
Ultimately, write the essay as though it is being submitted to a demanding university moderator who is looking for evidence of critical thinking, theoretical mastery, analytical depth, originality, coherence and academic maturity. The objective is not simply to answer the question, but to construct a compelling and intellectually defensible argument capable of earning 90% or higher.
