Overview
Review and score the multicultural scale. Discuss the results from the scale, including what surprised you about the results, and what you gleaned from this test. You will also reflect on your current level of cultural comfort, cultural humility, your growth edges regarding knowledge or attitudes toward individuals who are culturally different from you and how you will attend to these growth edges. Discuss any biases, stereotypes, or prejudices you have and your level of awareness of how it can impact your counseling. Think about populations you want to work with and ones you do not want to work with and consider any possible stereotypes, biases, or prejudices you have about these populations.
Additionally, include what you are learning from the readings from Units 1-3 and discuss your initial thoughts about the content. How, if at all, has the content from the chapters affected your worldview or your philosophy of counseling?
