Instructions:
- Step 1: Select Articles
- Find two scholarly articles directly related to a topic in OBM that interests you (e.g., personnel reinforcement, performance measurement, or OBM in general).
- Ensure both articles are relevant and provide substantive insights into your chosen topic.
- Step 2: Write Your Paper
- Introduction: Briefly introduce the topic of OBM and the focus of the two articles.
- Similarities: Discuss in detail the similarities between the two studies. Highlight overlapping findings, methodologies, or themes.
- Differences: Analyze the differences between the two studies, focusing on unique aspects of their findings, methodologies, or perspectives.
- Self-Reflection: Reflect on what you learned from the articles. How has your understanding of OBM evolved? How can you apply these insights in your practice?
- Step 3: Submit the Assignment
- Upload your completed paper along with both articles in the course platform.
- Ensure your paper is properly formatted in APA style and includes citations for both articles.
