Task 2: Behavioral Intervention Plan
Objective: Design and implement behavioral interventions Description: Develop a Plan to improve a hypothetical client's maladaptive behavior. ( example : tantrum, throwing objects, climbing or physicla agression )
The plan should include:
A clear behavioral objective( topography) , expressed in measurable terms. Identification of the interaction between the behavior and the environment: analyze how the environment influences the occurrence (SD) and maintenance (contingencies) of the problem behavior. Use the ABC form. Selection of the positive and differential reinforcement procedure to strengthen the alternative behavior. It includes methods of teaching behavior. A plan for data collection (mention type of measure to be used: frequency or duration) and monitoring of progress.
