Psychology Question

Hello, ok I received feedback on my paper and I have made some mistakes that I need help with, I need to review the first part of my project to make sure it aligns with the rest of the paper cause initially I said I was gonna use three groups and then the instructor said to use only two and form there I wroked based on that but forgot to fix the first part, also the paper you sent me had the formula for the chi square test and I had to correct it to the coefficient r, can you make sure everything there is right, also the forms have more people that what I really need because it was suppose to be 10, 5 for each group, but more classmates have been doing them and it seems that when you worked with the forms there were 7 in each group we need to correct that and to do it Ill send u one assignment meant to verify the people that participated so it has only the ones we need, also need to check the APA format for the whole document to make sure this is right, I am also including the feedback the professor gave me so you can work on that, this is the final paper and she said it can be invalidated if it is not correct, I need you to be meticulous please,

feedback recevied:

Week 9 Assignment 2: Data Analysis and Interpretation
CriteriaRatingsPts

Describe participants using demographic statistics.

20 to >17 pts

DISTINGUISHED

Describes participants using demographic statistics that reflect an awareness of sociocultural differences.

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

Describes participants using demographic statistics.

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Identifies participants, but does not describe participants using demographic statistics.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Does not identify participants.

Comments:

20 / 20 pts

Explain the statistical measures used to analyze the data.

20 to >17 pts

DISTINGUISHED

Explains the statistical measures used to analyze the data with evidence to support their use.

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

Explains the statistical measures used to analyze the data.

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Identifies but does not explain the statistical measures used to analyze the data.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Does not identify or explain the statistical measures used to analyze the data.

Comments: Great explanation of the statistical measure you used on your data! The problem is that test is not appropriate for a study with 3 test groups. Either your hypothesis and description of variables or your procedures and results are incorrect. All these parts of your paper must align!

17 / 20 pts

Create a data table.

20 to >17 pts

DISTINGUISHED

Creates a data table in APA style.

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

Creates a data table.

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Creates a table that is missing needed data.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Does not create a data table.

Comments: Great table! It wasn't quite in APA style - remember to use the right style for table number, headings, and table title. See https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/tables-figures/tables for more details and examples.

17 / 20 pts

Report statistical findings using APA style.

20 to >17 pts

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Reports statistical findings but either does not use APA style or the APA style has significant errors.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Does not report statistical findings.

Comments In the Review, you indicated you would be testing three groups (1) myth only, (2) fact only, (3) myth vs fact. In this case, it looks as though you only tested two groups (which is in keeping with your Unit 8 Assignment) although the number of participants listed in your table does not match what you reported in the Unit 8 assignment -- you reported 10 in the assignment and listed 14 in your tables here. The biggest problem is that you did not indicate which was your control group and which was your test group

17 / 20 pts

Describe statistical significance using APA style.

20 to >17 pts

DISTINGUISHED

Describes statistical significance using error-free APA style appropriate for the study.

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

Describes statistical significance using APA style.

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Describes statistical significance, but either does not use APA style or the APA style contains significant errors.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Does not describe statistical significance.

Comments Did you run a comparison of pre test scores to see whether your groups were similar to begin with? If not, how can you be sure there were no changes from pre to post test scores based n the post test scores alone?

17 / 20 pts

Interpret statistical findings using common language.

20 to >17 pts

DISTINGUISHED

Interprets statistical findings using common language that maintains a scholarly tone.

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Interprets statistical findings, but language is unclear or inaccurate.

0 pts

NON_PERFORMANCE

Comments: Wonderful job sharing your statistical findings in common, but academic, language. The language is common but the results do not add up!

17 to >14 pts

PROFICIENT

14 to >0 pts

BASIC

Comments: Your literature review and original hypothesis predicted a comparison of 3 separate groups: one myth only, one fact only; one myth vs fact. Your procedures indicated you only compared two groups an your Unit 8 assignment only identified 2 groups. The review, methods section, and procedures cannot say different things. They must be consistent throughout the whole study! Your proposal was written in future tense, it should be changed to past tense for the report of results.

Here's the instructions for the final assignment where the paper must be fully corrected before doing it:
