Benchmark - Building and Sustaining Leadership Capacity please fix my grammar and english

Overview

As a school principal, one of your most important tasks is identifying the informal and formal leaders in your building. Implementing distributed leadership strategies allow you to work with faculty to create a high-functioning team that has a shared vision for how each person can promote growth and create an educational environment that supports the success and well-being of each student and adult. By identifying leadership roles and using effective systems to supervise, support, and evaluate success, principals can delegate tasks effectively and promote school improvement.

Complete the “Distributed Leadership Plan” template as directed.
