Lesson 03 - Discussion
Please keep in mind that the discussion board is not a blog or a social platform; it is a professional writing platform for you to demonstrate content knowledge while contributing to the conversation to help deepen your understanding and your classmates' understanding of the subject matter. You must include an in-text citation and reference from your course textbook to demonstrate content knowledge (original post and each reply). When quoting or paraphrasing from a source, you must also use an in-text citation and reference.
Your discussion body content must meet the minimum word count for your work to be considered for grading. This excludes any headings, greetings, reference lists, and discussion questions. Remember, you are not writing a blog or social page; therefore, please write in a narrative format (sentences and paragraphs). Do not write the questions or number your work.
To maintain academic integrity, do not use AI tools to create sentences, paragraphs, or discussions to avoid plagiarism. You must provide appropriate credit for any sources or content you use. After writing your work, you may use AI to check your grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Academic dishonesty will be reported to the school (see syllabus for other consequences).
Answer the below questions without writing out the questions (write a complete paragraph for each). You must have an in-text citation and reference from the course textbook to support what you are saying. Follow the above rules for discussion postings.
- What kinds of dual relationships are most problematic? Explain and give possible solutions.
- What are some kinds of people that would be difficult to work with because of certain basic value conflicts? Explain (do not overshare) and give possible solutions.
