Overview
- Let's have a PIC/NIC! Conduct a PIC/NIC analysis for the behaviors listed in the template. Use your best judgment to determine potential consequences for each behavior, based on your and your coworkers’ experiences at your workplace (they should be realistic and important!).
- Recall that the PIC/NIC analysis is not simply an ABC analysis with one A and one C for each B; instead, there are many different As and Cs--both appetitive and aversive--to consider for each B. This should be reflected in your templates, along with the determination of the P/N, I/F, and C/U properties of each consequence (this will be closely scrutinized).
