I have attached the guidelines and rubric for this paper. This is a super important proposal, please be sure to go over the directions carefully and include everything listed. No outside sources are allowed, only the ones that I have provided. As mentioned in the directions, only one quote is allowed in the whole entire paper. Everything else should be in your own words.
