Reflect on the Chapter 12 readings. The chapter lays out specific interventions that address diversity, leadership, career development and employee wellness. Please do share your insights on a couple of these interventions and whether you have first hand experience rolling them out or as participating as an employee. Were they effective? Why or why not?
