This video was recorded 12 years ago, and Prof. Hofstede has since passed away. Cultural dimensions are useful in understanding different perspectives, but at the same time, a static view of cultures tends to get out of synch with the changing world. What changes do you foresee to make his model more in tune with today’s society?

a)Select any two countries in the selection box, then generate the graph like the one on the right. Ideally pick two very different cultures (don’t pick Norway and Sweden for example, you won’t see much difference). Copy and paste the graph into your submission.
b)Write a short commentary of whether the graph feels about right, and what surprised you, based on your own perception.
